The weather here in Arizona simply cannot make up its mind. What is a girl to do when getting dressed in the morning not knowing what today’s weather may bring? Layer, layer, layer. The long maxi dress is great because it covers your legs still while being cool and flowy add the cardi on top when the A.C. is blasting or ditch it if you’re out in the sun. Personally, I am all about topping off basic outfits with some over-the-top shoes and rings.
